Plenty of things we can find and do in the library, aside from borrowing, reading books, dvds, and used the computer we can also enjoy activities they have for the kids. Our library here they have schedule of fun-filled free activities and entertainment for kids  like, Family Storytime every monday and saturday, Toddler Story time on tuesday and Baby Lapsit every Thursday. We attended many times in the family Storytime every saturday and it was fun and educational for the kids besides reading the books they also have time to play in there and enjoy ryhmes and action songs. It also teach the kids to love reading and interact with other kids. Last thursday was our first time to joined the Baby Lapsit activities. I think of taking a walk early might as well go to the library that day for my jake. It was pretty uphill walk from our place to the library by the time we got home jake was so tired and sleepy because we got home right about the time for his nap. He had a blast exploring the library while the other group of babies with their mother were in the other room having fun singing and participating with the activities. When we got there we sat down for 15 mins, jake listen for 15 mins until he started squirming to get out from my hand and lap. He just rather be outside pull those books and walking around like some kind of security guard doing his rounds. As you can see in the pictures it was quiet in that area because the group of mommies and babies were in the next room for the baby lapsit activities. And my buckaroo was outside walking around, pounding the glass wall and stuff. I love their activities though, its a mommy-baby bonding. This month the theme of most of their activities are about Penguin, It is called “If  You Were a Penguin Celebration”, they have songs, read books and do stuff about penguin. I hope we can go again next time, it just that sometimes I get lazy early going there. Try your library maybe they have activities too for your kids.
